Using Qurable creator’s tools they issue an NFT Pass for employees to access the Annual Party which also acts as collectible reinforcing belonging and community. Taking it a bit further, they create a special token (using “MEMENTOS”) to reward employees with outstanding performance making it recognizable, collectible and verifiable with a sense of pride and accomplishment.
